Because you live outside the United States (or Canada) I would appreciate it if you would answer the questions below (exporting outside the USA, it is suggested that I know something about my customers). Your answers also will also help me better serve my customers. Your copy of the software you purchased will be sent ASAP after I receive your reply to this survey. This survey is confidential and your answers will not be given to any other party nor will it be used for any marketing purposes.

(1) What industry or business will you be writing software for using my products ?

(2) Are you associated with a business and if so, what does it do ?

(3) Will the software be used outside the country of which the order was taken ?

(4) Do you plan to export software creating using my products ?

            (if so what countries ?)

(5) Will the software be used primarily for any of the following industries:

            Note: A generic program that any business might use (ie. a Word Processor) is not considered of "Primary" use by these industries !

- Nuclear plants ?

- Radiation facilities ?

- Fertilizer plants ?

- Pharmaceutical plants ?

- Incubation facilities ?

- Space or Missile research facilities ?
